Free Shipping Worldwide

Every order qualifies for free standard shipping worldwide.

Order processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in British Columbia within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: during new product drops or high-volume holiday periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Domestic shipping (Canada)

We offer free standard shipping across Canada with no minimum order value.

  • Standard shipping: estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
  • Express shipping: estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days.

Standard shipping is free. Optional express services, where available, are priced separately at checkout.

International shipping (USA and global)

We offer free standard shipping worldwide with no minimum order value. Delivery times vary by destination.

  • USA standard: estimated delivery within 5 to 10 business days.
  • International economy: estimated delivery within 10 to 15 business days.

Duties and taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country. 11X is not responsible for these charges; they remain the responsibility of the customer.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the courier. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us with your name and order number and our team will investigate immediately.
