11X Apparel | Standard Operating Procedures

At 11X, we are committed to delivering your high-performance pickleball gear and compression apparel as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping practices below to understand how your order will be handled.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in British Columbia within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification containing tracking information when your order has shipped.

 

Please note: During new product drops or high-volume holiday periods, processing times may experience slight delays.

 

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We offer reliable shipping across Canada. Exact shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days. Orders over $150 CAD qualify for free standard domestic shipping.

International Shipping (USA & Global)

We proudly ship our gear worldwide. For orders destined outside of Canada, shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight.

  • USA Standard: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.

  • International Economy: Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days.

Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 11X is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they remain your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the courier.

If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your name and order number, and our team will investigate immediately.
